Ontario’s small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are Canada’s largest economic contributors. I wanted to find out how I could help them be most successful.

We were building an app to respond to the pandemic… as the pandemic was still developing. We were learning new things about it every day. On top of that, we were using technology in a way that had never been used before.

While the existing Newborn Bundle aimed to provide easy, convenient online access, having launched over 10 years ago, the service was falling behind the changing expectations and needs of its users.

Climate change, purchasing power of the aging boomer generation, and the hyper-connected generation Z cooking for themselves and starting families are only some of the factors impacting what’s on the table in the future.

In 2012 alone 2,470 wrongful convictions were reported in Canada. We wanted to find out why and see what we could do to change it.
